Job Requirements

high school diploma ged or trade technical or vocational training
some related experience is helpful equivalent practical experience is welcome
ability to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods
ability to ascend and descend stairs ladders and step stools
ability to lift carry push pull or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
ability to operate standard office and cleaning equipment as needed

Job Qualifications

knowledge of the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
ability to follow directions manage tasks independently and complete work on time
strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures
prior experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings is helpful but not required

Job Duties

clean and maintain property common areas including lobbies hallways stairwells elevators laundry rooms restrooms offices and model units on a defined schedule
clean vacant apartment units in preparation for marketing showings and occupancy
ensure business offices and shared spaces are clean organized and professional in appearance
maintain the overall exterior appearance of the property including sidewalks driveways parking areas dumpster enclosures exterior hallways and public spaces
perform routine trash and debris removal throughout the community
support seasonal upkeep including snow removal and basic landscaping tasks as needed
report maintenance issues safety concerns or hazards promptly to the maintenance supervisor or maintenance staff
assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
support maintenance and operations teams with additional tasks as assigned
follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning agents tools and equipment
address resident questions or concerns in a friendly professional manner
maintain a high standard of customer service while working in resident-facing areas
