Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- knowledge of OSHA requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks including moving and lifting over 100 pounds
- ability to work in various weather conditions including exposure to hazardous chemicals
- availability for overtime, weekends, night shifts, and on-call emergency response
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills required to understand and perform onsite software functions
- basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- basic knowledge of OSHA requirements
Job Duties
- assist in community maintenance tasks including cleaning and trash removal
- maintain daily onsite attendance
- respond promptly to resident and management maintenance requests
- perform repairs and replacements in grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
- inspect the property daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions
- support preventative maintenance initiatives
- keep maintenance shop organized and stocked according to safety standards
- help maintain hazard communication and promote safe work practices
- participate in unit inspections
- report violations of community rules
- use property resources and equipment economically
- assist with additional tasks as requested
- participate in on-call emergency duties
- manage customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
- project a favorable community image
- enforce community policies as delegated
