Job Requirements
- Create a safe and inviting environment for residents, visitors and employees
- Maximize curb appeal by maintaining flower beds, shrubbery, sidewalks, parking lots, fencing, trash enclosures
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and appearance of all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, elevators
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and appearance of all resident common areas including community room, kitchen, fitness center, locker room, pool house, business center, laundry rooms, trash disposal rooms
- Assist in custodial work such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, washing windows
- Remove bulk trash items from property as directed
- Assist in maintaining all property equipment
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or custodial work preferred
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
- Familiarity with property maintenance equipment is a plus
- Commitment to safety and customer service
Job Duties
