The position available is for a Porter, a vital role that entails maintaining a clean, organized and efficient environment for SpaceX employees and guests in the private restaurant and throughout the campus.

As a Porter at SpaceX, you will represent the company’s commitment to excellence through polite and courteous interaction with employees, management, and guests. You will be responsible for restocking supplies, staging takeaway options, and performing a variety of duties assigned by kitchen management. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the food service areas and supporting the wider mission by keeping the facility running at its best. The position is a second-shift role from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 9:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed. Compensation for this role ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and skills. This role also provides eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of company stock, discretionary bonuses, and an employee stock purchase plan.
