Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Physical ability to stoop and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for substantial periods
  • Must be able to obtain a food handler's permit upon hire
  • Must be able to attend alcohol and policy training classes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Works mainly with the general public, clients and kitchen staff
  • Contact with food & beverage managers, co-workers, customers and clients, building personnel and kitchen staff
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
  • Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
  • Basic food preparation
  • Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
  • Positive attitude and neat appearance
  • Must be able to obtain a food handler's permit upon hire
  • Attend all alcohol and policy training classes
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
  • Follow rules and regulations of Food & Beverage
  • Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Monitor stock levels, obtain supplies and equipment as requested by management
  • Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
  • Perform and assist with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility
  • Ensure that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner
  • Understand the importance of prompt and efficient service and continually demonstrate this to the bartenders, servers, concession attendants and management
  • Consistently stock and organize inventory based on first in, first out
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and respond promptly to last minute requests
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain equipment standards and report any equipment malfunctions immediately
  • Consistently follow departmental guidelines for sanitation and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
