This role offers hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $21 per hour and is positioned to play a vital part in the property management realm. The Porter will be accountable for the comprehensive care of the grounds including common areas, building exteriors, leasing offices, tour paths, and parking lots. Essential daily tasks include the removal of trash and debris, cleaning of available units and common spaces, pressure washing exterior surfaces, and assisting in preparation to make units market ready.

The position extends to managing emergency situations, particularly those related to inclement weather such as snow removal.
