Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in residential or apartment cleaning
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy loads
- availability to work weekends and extended hours
- ability to operate pressure washers
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Residential or apartment cleaning experience
- ability to work some weekends and extended hours
- physical capability to walk and stand for long periods, bend, reach, and carry objects
- ability to lift up to 125 pounds
- manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movement
- capable of operating pressure washer systems
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Clean office, public access areas, and models including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal
- thoroughly clean apartments after move-out or vacancy
- maintain cleanliness of model units and public access areas
- monitor and report inventory of cleaning supplies
- manage trash and debris removal from trash compactor and dumpster areas
- maintain housekeeping storage room
- report maintenance concerns or repairs to Property Manager
- assist maintenance staff and other team members as needed
