Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- knowledge of OSHA requirements
- ability to follow safety protocols
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance
- clean and maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- respond to resident and management requests timely
- inspect property daily for hazards and correct them
- maintain a well-organized and safely stocked maintenance shop
- participate in unit inspections
- report violations of community rules
- utilize property resources economically
- manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround
