As a Porter, you will be responsible for assisting in various maintenance activities, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This position involves ensuring the ongoing upkeep and cleanliness of the community by handling trash removal, maintaining the grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all shared interior and exterior spaces.
