Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
  • Assist with the upkeep of outdoor areas including walkways, pool decks, parking lots, and landscaping
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents by cleaning and ensuring they meet luxury standards
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the appropriate team members
  • Support the maintenance team with light duties as needed (e.g., pressure washing, painting touch-ups)
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely and properly
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
