Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or porter roles preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, clubhouses, fitness centers, and restrooms
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Assist with the upkeep of outdoor areas including walkways, pool decks, parking lots, and landscaping
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by cleaning and ensuring they meet luxury standards
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the appropriate team members
- Support the maintenance team with light duties as needed (e.g., pressure washing, painting touch-ups)
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely and properly
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
