We are currently inviting applicants to join our team as a Porter. This part-time role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest readiness of our entertainment centers. Porters play a critical role in ensuring that the facility meets high standards of sanitation and functionality so that guests have an outstanding experience. Duties include cleaning and maintaining the center inside and out, assisting servers and runners with setup for events, troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical issues such as pin jams or ball return problems, and performing minor building maintenance as needed.

This position is suited for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Porters are expected to be strong team players with excellent communication skills, multi-taskers who can manage several duties simultaneously, and committed to providing exceptional guest service. The job demands physical activity such as walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance.
