Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Willingness to perform physical activities such as walking bending and lifting
- Availability for evening night and weekend shifts
- Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong team player and multi-tasker
- Solid communication skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- Ability to work evening night and weekend shifts
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks including walking bending and standing
- Basic problem-solving skills for minor maintenance issues
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Walk bend stand for periods of time and lift objects with assistance as required
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive team environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe experience for all guests
