Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 100+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate machinery and power tools
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Experience in property maintenance preferred

Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly
- Ensure timely repairs and replacements in grounds, buildings, and community areas
- Daily inspection of community features for hazards and liability concerns
- Assist in preventative maintenance program
- Maintain organized and stocked maintenance shop
- Promote safe work practices and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in unit inspections
- Report violations of community rules
- Use property resources economically
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Participate in on-call emergency duty
- Manage excellent customer service
- Monitor service request responsiveness
- Project favorable community image
- Ensure policy enforcement consistency
