The Porter role at Asset Living is an essential position responsible for assisting in various maintenance processes that support the smooth operation and appeal of the communities managed by the company. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The Porter plays a key role in the make-ready process, ensuring that properties are prepared to meet operational standards. The position requires regular onsite attendance to perform tasks such as cleaning, trash removal, maintenance of grounds and buildings, responding to resident and management requests, and ensuring repairs are completed timely. The Porter also contributes to maintaining safety and liability standards by inspecting community features daily and promoting a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines. In addition to physical maintenance duties, the Porter interacts with residents and management, projecting a favorable community image and contributing to customer service excellence. This role offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $17 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, a 401K plan with employer matching, commission and performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
