Job Requirements
- Up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
- active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- availability on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies

Job Duties
- Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents
- remove all trash from grounds daily
- sweep sidewalks and driveways on a regular basis
- water trees as well as trim grass and shrubs
- support the maintenance team with make-readies and lend a hand to housekeeping when necessary
- replenish bathroom supplies
- replace light bulbs
- distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary
- assist in keeping the maintenance shop clean
- responsible for the security of the property at all times
- keeping all keys to the property in his/her personal possession and refusing to hand the keys to any unauthorized person
