  • Up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
  • active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
  • availability on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies

  • strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

  • Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents
  • remove all trash from grounds daily
  • sweep sidewalks and driveways on a regular basis
  • water trees as well as trim grass and shrubs
  • support the maintenance team with make-readies and lend a hand to housekeeping when necessary
  • replenish bathroom supplies
  • replace light bulbs
  • distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary
  • assist in keeping the maintenance shop clean
  • responsible for the security of the property at all times
  • keeping all keys to the property in his/her personal possession and refusing to hand the keys to any unauthorized person
