This position is for a Porter, a critical role that supports the overall customer experience by ensuring that vehicles are impeccably maintained and ready for delivery. The role is designed for those who are detail-oriented and take pride in contributing to the customer satisfaction process through vehicle preparation and upkeep of the shop environment. The Porter ensures that customer vehicles receive a pre-wash before repairs begin and are cleaned both inside and out once repairs are completed. The company provides an extensive benefits package that supports both the personal and professional success of its employees. These benefits include paid time off, paid parental leave, medical and dental insurance effective from the first day of employment, and retirement savings plans with company contributions. Additional perks such as safety glasses provided annually and voluntary uniform stipends demonstrate the company's attention to employee needs and comfort.
