- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- willingness to perform physical labor
- ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to work independently and reliably
- prior experience in janitorial, landscaping, or general labor is a plus
- physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc
- changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes
- lifting and moving heavy pallets, furniture, etc
- performing other building maintenance work as needed
- driving a company pickup truck to and from job sites
- working on ladders, roofs or near retention ponds when required
