The role involves performing various outdoor maintenance tasks such as litter pickup, cleaning surfaces like windowsills and benches, managing trash disposal by changing bags and cleaning dumpster enclosures, and handling heavy materials including pallets and furniture. The position requires regular driving of a company pickup truck to and from multiple job sites, and some duties may necessitate ladder or roof work as well as tasks near retention ponds.
