This Porter role at Gerber Collision & Glass is pivotal to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality customer experiences through pristine vehicle presentation and maintaining an immaculate shop and office environment. Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
