Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to work in varied temperature environments
strong communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
flexibility to work weekends and holidays
willingness to take on additional responsibilities during peak periods

Job Qualifications

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks
must exhibit enthusiasm, respect, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation
must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision
must be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing
must possess the ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
must possess the ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 degrees
must be willing to take on additional responsibilities during peak holiday seasons
must be willing to work the number of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time
must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and some evenings when necessary
