The Porter position at The Summit at Point Loma is a vital role dedicated to maintaining the pristine condition and curb appeal of the property, ensuring that all residents and visitors experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $22 per hour and follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. Porters will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the grounds, building exteriors, leasing office, tour paths, parking lots, and common areas. This includes trash removal, pressure washing, assistance in preparing units for market readiness, and responding effectively to property emergencies such as snow removal or inclement weather conditions. The role demands a proactive team member who is attentive to detail and dedicated to fostering positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
