The Porter role at Gerber Collision & Glass is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of service and quality the company is known for. Job Duties
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
- Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including waste disposal, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat condition including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
- Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs
- Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs
- Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
