Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
availability to work night and weekend shifts
ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
capacity to lift objects with assistance
reliable and punctual work ethic
good communication skills
willingness to perform physical tasks and minor maintenance duties

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
proven success in school or previous job experience
strong team player and multi-tasker
solid communication skills
commitment to great guest service
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
perform minor building maintenance as needed
maintain a safe and sanitary environment at all times
communicate effectively with team members and management
support the overall guest experience by promptly addressing any concerns
