This role centers around joining the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at the company's Biergarten. As a Porter, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the core restaurant team responsible for supporting kitchen operations. This part-time position offers a dynamic and engaging work environment, including shifts during weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. With a wage of $15.00 per hour, this opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and eager to develop their skills in a team-oriented setting. The Porter’s main responsibility is to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and safely by maintaining cleanliness, organizing inventory, and assisting kitchen staff in diverse tasks. The Porter will perform duties such as receiving and storing food inventory correctly, job shadowing line cooks to gain culinary insights, sorting and cleaning dishes and utensils efficiently, and managing waste disposal. - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Receive food inventory and place in dry storage, walk in coolers, and/or freezers
- organize storage areas
- Job shadow line cooks
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware and other cooking utensils and put in dishwasher
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to cook's line and put away all other clean dishes when dry
- Take out all trash from trash receptacles
- Must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace
- Flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task
- Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
