Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
ability to adhere to food safety standards
willingness to work full-time or part-time
ability to work 8 hour shifts including weekends and overtime
no formal education required
willingness to work on-site
strong attention to detail
ability to maintain cleanliness in multiple areas
good physical stamina and mobility

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in restaurant cleaning or porter role is a plus
ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
strong communication and teamwork skills
positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
ability to stand and move for extended periods
reliable and punctual
able to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and stock area
maintain cleanliness in service line and grill area
maintain cleanliness in dining room and guest areas including restrooms
maintain cleanliness in exterior areas including parking lot and landscaping
adhere to food safety standards and report questionable food deliveries or practices
maintain a positive attitude and have fun
strive to exceed guest expectations
work cooperatively with management and fellow team members
serve as an ambassador for QDOBA
ensure personal appearance meets company standards
recognize and follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies
perform tasks as directed by management
manage inventory by stocking and organizing food deliveries
