Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial experience
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Available to work full-time schedule with varying days
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and prepped prior to service
- Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils from the front of the house to the kitchen using trays, bus tubs or carts
- Washes dishes, glasses and pots, cleans cooking stations and equipment while maintaining sanitation standards
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or with dishwashing equipment ensuring complete cleanliness
- Keeps display equipment clean, free of debris and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards during meal service
- Helps receive heavy deliveries from dock and transports them to assigned storage areas while observing all safe lifting standards
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
