Currently, ESFM is seeking a full-time Porter to join their team at ExxonMobil Headquarters located at 22777 Springwoods Village Park, Spring, TX 77389. This position requires working a full-time schedule with varying days, typically from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, although more details will be provided during the interview process. The role offers a fixed pay rate of $11.00 per hour.

The Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house, including all tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations. Key duties include bussing, clearing, and cleaning tables, sweeping floors during and before service, washing dishes, glassware, and pots; cleaning cooking stations and equipment, and assisting with receiving heavy deliveries while following safety protocols. The Porter plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service flow by maintaining sanitation standards and following HACCP guidelines for food safety, especially regarding presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance. Personal safety and adherence to company policies, such as using cut gloves when handling knives and wearing slip-resistant shoes, are essential components of this role. The position demands physical capability, particularly the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
