Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in porter, janitorial, groundskeeping or similar roles preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina to walk and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking the property for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work ethic
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset toward residents and team members
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenity spaces, parking areas, and outdoor grounds
- Perform daily property walks to identify and address trash, debris, safety concerns, and maintenance issues
- Assist with trash compactor areas, recycling areas, and bulk item management to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Support the maintenance team with light duties including unit turns, moving appliances, and preparing vacant apartments when needed
- Maintain pool areas, courtyards, and amenity spaces to ensure they are clean, safe, and resident-ready
- Assist with event setup or community needs when applicable
- Respond promptly to management requests and maintain consistent communication with the maintenance team
- Ensure all property standards and safety procedures are followed at all times
