- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid active driver license with a clean driving record
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- experience in janitorial, landscaping, or general labor is a plus

- good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- commitment to safety and following protocols
Job Duties
- Picking up litter
- wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc.
- changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
- cleaning out dumpster enclosures
- breaking down boxes
- lifting and moving heavy pallets and furniture
- performing other building maintenance work as needed
- driving a company pickup truck to and from jobsites
- working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds as required
