The role offered is for a full-time Porter position at a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour. These duties include picking up litter, wiping and cleaning various outdoor surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, and benches, changing trash bags in outdoor trash receptacles, cleaning dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, and lifting or moving heavy items such as pallets and furniture. You may also be required to perform other building maintenance tasks as needed throughout the workday.

A critical aspect of the job will involve driving a company pickup truck to and from different jobsites, which means that applicants must possess an active driver license and maintain a clean driving record. Additionally, some tasks may require working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds, which implies a need for comfort working in varied environments and attention to safety protocols.
