The role being offered is a full-time Porter position with an hourly pay rate of $15.00. In this role, the Porter will spend most of their time outdoors across different weather conditions, servicing various commercial site locations.

Key responsibilities in this position include picking up litter, wiping and cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, and benches, and changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans. The Porter will also be responsible for cleaning dumpster enclosures, breaking down cardboard boxes, lifting and moving heavy items like pallets and furniture, and other general building maintenance tasks as needed. The job requires some physical effort and the use of company-provided personal protective equipment to ensure safety at all times. Driving is an important part of this job since the Porter will need to use a company pickup truck to commute between job sites. Some duties may also involve working on ladders, roofs, or near retention ponds, so comfort with such environments is beneficial.
