Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or porter role preferred
- Ability to perform routine manual cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to stand and walk constantly
- Ability to lift and carry 10-100 pounds frequently
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings

Job Duties
- Coordinate job duties with opening team members to ensure efficient preparation for opening
- Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
- Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds including landscaping and snow removal
- Put food orders away accurately and rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas
- Monitor shelf life and code dates to ensure food safety
- Clean grills, fryers, kitchen floors, equipment, coolers, freezer, bathrooms, parking lot, patio, and perform power washing as needed
