The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, recognized as the major league of bowling, which enhances its reputation as a leading entertainment brand with a strong media presence and millions of fans worldwide.
Lucky Strike Entertainment is committed to creating vibrant entertainment environments that are welcoming, dynamic, and full of excitement. Their culture promotes teamwork, exceptional guest service, and endless opportunities for personal and professional growth. The company values employees who are ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused mindset to their roles.
The Porter role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a vital position integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction within their entertainment centers. Porters are responsible for keeping the facility spotless and fully operational, ensuring that every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and pleasant environment from the moment they enter. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude to prevent and address any issues that might impact guest experiences.
Specifically, Porters work to clean and sanitize the entire center, including floors, event tables, guest areas, and gaming equipment. They assist the floor staff by setting up event tables and displays swiftly and efficiently. Additionally, they handle minor equipment troubleshooting such as resolving pin jams and ball return malfunctions that may occur during guest play to keep the entertainment flowing smoothly. Porters also perform minor building maintenance tasks to support the overall upkeep of the venue.
This position is ideal for individuals who are physically active, enjoy working in a fast-paced entertainment environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding guest service. Successful Porters at Lucky Strike Entertainment are team players who communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, all while maintaining a positive and guest-centered attitude. The role is part-time with shifts primarily during evening and night hours, including weekends, which fits well for students or those looking for supplementary income.
In addition to competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $15.50, Lucky Strike Entertainment provides performance-based incentives and a comprehensive rewards package, including healthcare coverage and many other employee benefits. Their inclusive and energetic work culture, combined with opportunities to enjoy company perks such as free bowling, discounted arcade play, and food and beverage discounts, makes this an excellent opportunity for candidates who love a lively work environment and the chance to grow their career in the entertainment industry.
