Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles preferred
Ability to work part-time during evening, night, and weekend shifts
Must be able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift objects with some assistance
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to perform cleaning, maintenance, and guest service tasks

Job Qualifications

Proven success in school or previous job experience
Strong team player and multi-tasker
Solid communication skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
Basic mechanical aptitude for minor maintenance
Physical capability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks

Job Duties

Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom - inside and out
Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Walk, bend and stand for periods of time during shift
Communicate effectively with team members and guests
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
