The role of Porter at Asset Living encompasses integral responsibilities within the maintenance division, directly impacting the quality and appearance of the properties managed. The Porter assists in implementing maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Porter plays a key role in daily upkeep, grounds maintenance, trash removal, and addressing resident and management requests promptly.
