Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in custodial or cleaning roles is an advantage but not required
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs
- strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly
- perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings held at our facilities
- monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, alerting management when reordering is necessary
- support minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any significant issues to the maintenance team
- engage with guests and staff positively, providing assistance when needed to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all
