The role being offered is that of a Facilities Maintenance/Janitorial Specialist responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of office spaces, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas inside commercial buildings. This full-time position offers an annual base salary ranging from $50,000 to $52,000, dependent upon experience, skills, education, and certifications if applicable. The Facilities Maintenance/Janitorial Specialist plays a critical role in keeping buildings in pristine condition by managing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure all occupants enjoy a safe and pleasant environment.

Key daily duties include cleaning and maintaining floors, windows, doors, walls, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and convenience centers. The individual will also monitor both interior and exterior grounds to remove debris and ensure common areas remain tidy. Responsibilities extend to restocking coffee and cleaning supplies in convenience centers and emptying garbage containers throughout the building. Additional tasks include cleaning glass surfaces regularly to maintain cleanliness free from fingerprints and dirt, and reporting broken or hazardous items to appropriate facility staff for timely repair or replacement. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cleaning projects efficiently.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one year of facilities maintenance or janitorial experience. Job Duties
