Job Description
Cirrus Asset Management is a leading company specializing in providing exceptional property management services to property owners and residents. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for real estate, Cirrus Asset Management works diligently to create seamless and rewarding experiences for all stakeholders involved. Their approach is rooted in values such as integrity, empowerment, respect, teamwork, innovation, and unparalleled customer service. These core principles guide the company's operations and ensure they consistently deliver superior services that meet the unique needs of each property and community they manage. The company culture at Cirrus Asset Management fosters an environment where employees are empowered to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission. This nurturing and inclusive culture is a significant part of what makes Cirrus Asset Management a desirable workplace for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the property management industry.
This particular role is located at the Pines at Castle Rock Apartments, a large residential community featuring 630 units located in Castle Rock, Colorado. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20 and is a full-time, weekday role with shifts scheduled from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The employer is actively holding a job fair on Wednesday, March 18th, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Pines at Castle Rock Apartments itself, encouraging interested candidates to bring a copy of their resume or to apply beforehand to facilitate the hiring process.
The position is centered on maintaining the quality and appearance of communal areas within the residential complex, ensuring residents enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in various spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and laundry rooms, as well as performing routine facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs. The role also involves preparing outdoor areas for different weather conditions by weatherproofing spaces, covering furniture with tarps, and securing loose items to protect them from the elements. The candidate is expected to manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition, assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed, and handle trash and waste disposal in a safe and responsible manner. A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.
Applicants are encouraged to have physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects, and should possess an ability to follow instructions carefully with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools is also desirable. While previous experience as a porter or in a similar maintenance role and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred, these are not strictly required, highlighting the company’s inclusive hiring philosophy.
Cirrus Asset Management is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workforce. They consider all applicants fairly without bias toward race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. The company also welcomes candidates with criminal histories, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines. With comprehensive benefits including paid holidays, sick leave, vacation time, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k plan and healthcare spending accounts, this role offers not only a job but a pathway to a rewarding career in property management.
