As a Porter at Kairoi Residential, you play a vital role in maintaining the community's aesthetic appeal and overall cleanliness. This is an essential position for promoting a positive resident experience, as the porter’s responsibilities directly contribute to the appearance and upkeep of community grounds. Your day-to-day activities will involve a broad range of maintenance and cleaning tasks that ensure all community areas, including tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity spaces, and dumpster areas, are meticulously maintained. This role requires hands-on involvement in supporting the make-ready process for apartment homes, which includes trash removal, painting, and thorough cleaning prior to new resident move-ins.

Additionally, the porter supports routine inspections and groundskeeping efforts, performing landscaping, exterior painting, minor repairs, irrigation duties, and pool maintenance as directed by the Service Manager. This position demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude to uphold the high standards of community appearance.
