We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our community by maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the overall appearance of common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments. This position is essential in ensuring that both current residents and prospective tenants experience a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The Porter will perform various tasks including sweeping, trash removal, cleaning, and minor maintenance duties. Additionally, this role supports the maintenance team with routine inspections and helps prepare apartments to be move-in ready.

The Porter position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. A vital part of this role is interacting courteously with residents, guests, and prospective tenants, contributing to a positive community experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping or porter services, physical stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks, and the ability to work independently or alongside a team. Possessing a valid driver's license is also mandatory. Experience working within a luxury community or catering to an upscale clientele is highly advantageous, as is a professional demeanor that reflects the sophistication of our community.

In addition to the daily cleaning and maintenance responsibilities, this position demands knowledge of state and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing, landlord-tenant statutes, and privacy regulations. This ensures that the community operates in full compliance with regional legal requirements. The Porter must be adaptable to various weather conditions, as much of the work is performed outdoors.
