Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
Ability to operate hand tools and cleaning equipment
Basic computer literacy
Willingness to work day shifts including weekends and on-call
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license if operation of motor vehicle onsite is required

Job Qualifications

Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and/or general maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus
Working knowledge of basic interior and exterior maintenance, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair is a plus
Basic computer skills necessary to perform job functions

Job Duties

Maintain the condition of the exterior grounds and common areas of the property including trash chute, compactor, landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters
Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable
Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops
Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area
Post notices to vacate and other community communication if applicable
Perform other duties as assigned
