Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and walking
Reliable transportation for commuting
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call
Perform other related duties as required

Job Duties

Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features
Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents
Maintain a high-level of customer service
Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal
Perform other duties as required
