Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic computer skills required
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 100 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and emergency on-call hours
- Ability to move about and operate machinery in various environments
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Understanding of OSHA requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and management
- Capability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Assist in carrying out corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance of the property
- Maintain regular daily onsite attendance
- Clean, remove trash, and perform general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas
- Respond promptly to resident and management requests and work orders
- Inspect property daily to identify and address hazardous conditions or liability concerns
- Maintain and assist in preventative maintenance programs
- Keep maintenance tools and shop organized and stocked according to safety and OSHA standards
- Support hazard communication program and promote safe work practices
- Participate in unit inspections and report rule violations
- Use property resources and equipment efficiently
- Fulfill additional tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
- Participate in on-call emergency duties at community
- Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request responsiveness
- Enforce community policies as delegated
