Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for periods of time
- Capability to lift objects with some assistance
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Good physical stamina
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours

- Proven success in school or previous job experience
- Strong team player and multitasker

- Ability to operate basic maintenance tools
- Familiarity with entertainment or hospitality environments preferred
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom - inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness and prompt issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation
- Support safety protocols and maintain a safe environment
