- One year or more of porter experience or building cleaning experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more
- Availability to work weekends, overnight shifts, and overtime

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
- Maintain exterior areas
- Collect and sort trash
- Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
- Use machines to wax floors
- Perform minor handy work including changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
