Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of hands-on janitorial experience in basic maintenance, cleaning, and related fields

- Minimum of one year of hands-on janitorial experience in basic maintenance, cleaning, and related fields
Job Duties
- Cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Responsible for replacing light bulbs
- Cleaning public areas, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, passageways, elevators, stairwells, locker rooms, and other areas as assigned
- Cleaning corridors, staircases, and office space by sweeping, mopping, scouring and vacuuming
- Cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Washing walls, ceilings, windows and sills, door panels, and woodwork
- Transport trash and waste to a disposal area and empty trash and garbage containers
