Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and pivoting for up to 90 percent of the shift
- Experience using material handling equipment is preferred
- Ability to safely lift products weighing between 1 to 60 pounds or more
- Capacity to work in a refrigerated or frozen environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to follow procedures and instructions

Job Duties
- Providing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by acting as a custodian / janitor
- Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning the entire warehouse including office space, employee break areas, windows and restrooms
- Maintaining good housekeeping by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and waxing floors
- Occasionally pulling product out of pick slots using an electric pallet jack to clean with a scrubber and returning product
- Tending to spills including damaged product, oil, grease, etc.
- Collecting plastic wrap, shredded paper, and empty boxes to be disposed of properly
- Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
- Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
- Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures
