Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in grounds maintenance or related field preferred
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Full range of motion including standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week including weekends
Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call schedules as needed
Strong commitment to customer service and professional conduct
