Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- must have reliable transportation due to emergency on-call requirement
- ability to use general cleaning equipment and tools including hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers and hoses
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and push and pull up to 100 lbs with mechanical assistance
- ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach forward and overhead, bend, crouch or stoop
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and near moving machinery
- must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
- ability to work Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm with extended hours or weekends as needed
- willingness to perform assigned duties professionally and support company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- some college hours preferred
- knowledge of general cleaning equipment and tools including hand tools, paint equipment, ladders, cleaning chemicals, vacuums, blowers and hoses
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs with mechanical assistance
- basic knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and chemical record keeping
- reliable transportation
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to company standards
- work with maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
- inspect exterior grounds and buildings daily including breezeways
- pick up trash on grounds
- run trash compactor daily including weekends as scheduled
- clean mailbox area daily
- water flowers, plants and shrubs as needed
- perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning as needed
- maintain accurate swimming pool chemical records according to state and local requirements
- pick up trash, straighten and wipe down furniture in pool area
- assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office, clubhouse and amenity areas
- responsible for maximizing curb appeal
- check and replace light bulbs as needed
- maintain painting of curbs and speed bumps
- sweep, blow and pressure wash breezeways, parking lots and common areas
- keep storm drains free of debris
- deliver and or post correspondence, newsletters and flyers
- assist in the performance of turn events
- trash out vacant units
- other duties as assigned
