As part of their duties, Porters also assist the maintenance team to maximize curb appeal, perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and painting curbs, and ensure that communal spaces like clubhouses and offices are tidy and welcoming. The job demands physical stamina and the ability to work with various tools and equipment effectively.

This role operates on a schedule from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend or extended hours as needed to support business requirements and emergency calls.
