As a well-established organization, we pride ourselves on efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to strict environmental and safety regulations. Our operations focus on servicing portable restroom units, wash stations, and holding tanks, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning correctly for a variety of commercial and public needs.

The Pumper Truck Operator will perform essential vehicle inspections and complete accurate documentation including pre-trip and post-trip safety checks, daily truck reports, and route sheets. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required, as you will be liaising with mechanics, supervisors, and customers regularly. This position demands physical stamina and the ability to handle environmental conditions that vary widely, including exposure to loud noise, weather extremes, and occasionally hazardous materials.

Safety and professionalism are paramount in this role. The operator must consistently use personal protective equipment such as gloves, reflective vests, safety glasses, and work boots, while also demonstrating a professional demeanor when interacting with customers or the general public. Moreover, the candidate will need to maintain clean and well-kept vehicle interiors and exteriors to represent the company positively.

This position may require overtime and participation in safety and branch meetings, reflecting our commitment to workplace safety and ongoing staff development. Collaboration with supervisors to improve route efficiencies and equipment management is a regular part of the job, ensuring continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction. The ability to lift, maneuver, and coordinate equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols makes this role both challenging and rewarding for the right candidate.

If you are seeking a career that combines technical skill, physical activity, and environmental responsibility in a dynamic work environment, this role offers the perfect opportunity.
