Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotions
- Minimum 3 years of external management experience with full P&L accountability
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certified
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
- Ability to speak read and write English effectively
- Ability to perform and understand basic math
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and software
- Ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of shift
- Ability to lift 10 to 65 pounds
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum of 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Must be 18 years or older
- ServSafe certified
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math and analytical tasks
- Proficient in computer applications
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
- Develops internal candidates for management
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manages daily operations to achieve excellence in guest service and food quality
- Responds to guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness maintenance and brand image
- Analyzes operational and financial performance data
- Implements action plans to improve sales and profitability
- Monitors costs and adheres to budget
- Serves as a role model for guest service
- Handles conflict and maintains a safe work environment
- Trains coaches and develops employees
- Performs administrative duties and follows up on tasks
- Upholds company values and ethics
- Assumes other related responsibilities as assigned
