Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promotions
  • Minimum 3 years of external management experience with full P&L accountability
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ServSafe certified
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training
  • Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
  • Ability to speak read and write English effectively
  • Ability to perform and understand basic math
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and software
  • Ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of shift
  • Ability to lift 10 to 65 pounds
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct

Job Qualifications
