This role is that of a Restaurant Manager responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a Popeye's restaurant unit. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years as a First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- must be ServSafe certified
- must complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proven analytical skills
- good organizational and planning skills
- proficient in personal computers and related software
- valid driver's license and insurance
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- ensures systems for training employees on workstations are fully implemented and adhered to
- identifies and develops internal candidates for management and Team Leader
- works with restaurant management team to execute the Service Profit Chain
