The role of Server at Life Time is essential to delivering an outstanding member dining experience within their LifeCafe and Bistro environments. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members by accurately taking and delivering food and drink orders. Servers at Life Time play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and are knowledgeable about the menu items and the overall dining options available to members. They assist members by answering questions about the menu, making recommendations, and ensuring all orders are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.

In addition to order taking and delivery, the Server maintains cleanliness and order in their assigned areas, including the pool deck station. This includes cleaning tables, chairs, and surfaces to uphold Life Time's high standards of hygiene and presentation. The Server must be capable of handling payment processing and ensuring accurate billing for members. Furthermore, this role requires physical stamina to bend repeatedly and lift over 20 pounds as well as the ability to stand and move about the Café for long periods of time. Life Time places a high value on certifications for safety such as ServSafe and CPR/AED, which are required shortly after hiring to ensure all staff can provide safe and responsible service.
