The Server role at Life Time is an essential position within LifeCafe and Bistro, where the individual is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to members. This role involves taking, serving, and delivering accurate food and drink orders while maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Servers must be knowledgeable about the menu offerings and be able to provide informed recommendations to members, enhancing their dining experience. The position requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to interact with members and support a vibrant community atmosphere. This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and going up to $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications. The Server plays a critical part in upholding Life Time's standards for hospitality and ensuring members enjoy an inviting and efficient service experience. This role demands physical stamina to handle repetitive bending and prolonged standing or movement within the café setting. Certification such as ServSafe and CPR/AED are required shortly after hire to ensure safety and service quality.
