Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time
- ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications

- Experience in restaurant with fast casual or full service experience
- Experience prepping recipes
- ServSafe certification
- CPR/AED certification
Job Duties
- Adheres to the daily needs for the Bistro including but not limited to stocking supplies maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety of kitchen
- Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness including but not limited to sweeping mopping cleaning kitchen equipment and washing dishes
- Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the sandwich and salad stations
- Follows recipes to ensure consistency freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food
