We are currently hiring a Pool Bartender to join our team and be the heart of our poolside bar experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, personable, and passionate about hospitality. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. The position requires someone who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and deliver excellent customer service with a smile. Weekend and holiday availability is essential as these times are our busiest and most vibrant. While bartending experience is preferred, we are happy to train candidates who bring a positive attitude and readiness to learn.

In this role, you will be working both independently and as part of a team to mix, prepare, serve, and transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Interaction with guests is a key component of this job, as is operating point-of-sale machines professionally and courteously. Physical stamina is important since you will be on your feet for lengthy periods, performing tasks such as reaching, bending, and other demanding activities as required by supervisors. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment is also part of your duties, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and patrons.
